Procurement is at a turning point.
Economic uncertainty and new requirements are putting teams under pressure.
At the same time, AI, automation, and data-driven decisions are creating new opportunities: more efficient processes, better decision-making, and enabling companies for competitive advantages.

But how can organizations make the leap from hype to implementation?

What’s already possible in procurement today?

Which success factors really matter?

And how can companies successfully implement AI-driven solutions to create real impact?

The Location

Fotografiska Berlin, located in the historic Tacheles building in Mitte, is a stage rich with history:

Built in 1908 as the Friedrichstrassenpassage and later used as the “House of Technology,” the building became a post-reunification icon of Berlin’s subculture as the Kunsthaus Tacheles.
Thanks to its protected status, traces of graffiti and street art remain visible to this day. This patina meets carefully restored architecture, soaring halls, striking sightlines, and historic staircases.

Today, the complex is home to Fotografiska Berlin, the contemporary photography museum from Stockholm, which moved in after an extensive renovation in September 2023. It also hosts a curated culinary experience with Restaurant Verōnika, Bar Verōnika, and Bar Clara, creating a raw yet elegant setting that stages brands, people, and stories in a truly remarkable way.
